I’m a writer, speaker, and self-proclaimed overthinker (but aren’t we all?). I spend my days diving into big questions about identity, purpose, and those sneaky insecurities that love to tag along for the ride. Oh, and I’m also writing a book on insecurities—it’s a rollercoaster, but a good one.

• Work and life shouldn’t compete—they’re partners in crime, and balance is overrated anyway.
• Insecurities are annoying, but they’re also teachers—and they have a lot to say if we’re willing to listen.
