Dear Fellow Overthinker, This One's For You [Free Ebook Inside]
Turn your thought spirals into stepping stones (I'll show you how)
Work has been edgy lately.
New faces appearing in the office, while colleagues-turned-friends are moving on to their next chapters. I'm genuinely happy for them, but there's this void that creeps in sometimes.
And then my mind starts racing:
Am I really stagnant, or is my brain just taking me on another one of its famous joy rides?
It reminds me of when I had to walk away from my first startup.
Devastated doesn't even begin to cover it. I remember physically dreading looking at my bank account – seeing just two figures staring back at me.
Some days, even the bus fare to meet friends felt like a luxury I couldn't afford.
But then came the rebuild. Slowly, steadily, piece by piece. Rebuilding my finances and my self-esteem – bit by bit, penny by penny.
It was liberating, but it also came with a promise to myself:
NEVER EVER lose sight again.
Looking back, I've come so far. My family no longer lives 1,874 kilometers (and a minimum of ₹25,000 in travel costs) away. I'm no longer settling for partners who do the bare minimum while constantly pointing out my flaws.
I'm happy. Really happy.
And sometimes... that's exactly what scares me.
I catch myself trying not to feel too happy.
I find myself praying multiple times a day, careful not to upset any higher powers. Trying to stay grateful while simultaneously terrified of taking anything for granted.
Living in my head can be exhausting sometimes. It only takes a few things going off-script, and suddenly I'm spiraling into panic mode. That's exactly what's been happening lately.
(I know it's weird to bare my soul like this. I don't even know who's reading this or how I'm coming across... and there I go again, overthinking about overthinking!)
But I can't be the only one who gets lost in these thought spirals, right?
That's exactly why I wrote this book. It started as a handy tool for myself, but I realized maybe – just maybe – my fellow overthinkers out there might find it useful too.
Through writing this E-book, I've learned that we don't have to be at war with our thoughts. Sometimes, that spiral of worry is just our mind's awkward way of trying to protect us.
The trick isn't to stop thinking entirely – it's about finding that sweet spot where we can channel all that mental energy into something productive.
And you know what?
Some of my proudest achievements came from being the kind of person who thinks things through. The difference now is that I have tools to know when to dive deep and when to take a step back.
If you're reading this and nodding along, know that you're not alone.
We're a tribe of deep thinkers, and while our minds might sometimes feel like they're running a marathon, we also have the capacity to create, innovate, and care in ways that make the world a better place.

What's your comfort activity when your mind gets too noisy? (Mine is making talking a walk or hitting the gym)
If you could write a tiny note to put on your desk/mirror for your next overthinking moment, what would it say? (Share in the comments - let's create a collection of gentle reminders!)
